  9. California has not enacted any tax rules comparable to the special
  10. federal provisions for Domestic International Sales Corporations
  11. (DISCs) or Foreign Sales Corporations (FSCs).  Thus a DISC or an FSC
  12. is taxed under California law in the same way as any other corpora-
  13. tions, and the special federal treatment of DISC or FSC dividends has
  14. no effect on the California tax treatment of those dividends.
